In the story below, Alex and Ani Red Bank shares their recent visit from a Hollywood driver and the meaningful sets he purchased for his coworkers as gifts.

One of our bartenders, Shelley, had the pleasure of working with a young man and new client, David, who was searching for gifts for his coworkers. After spending some time with him, she learned he was the driver for the Boardwalk Empire hair and makeup crew. Boardwalk Empire has been an HBO hit since it first aired back in 2010 and the upcoming season would be the last. David wanted to give his coworkers each something unique that perfectly fit their personality. He purchased five different sets including the Feather for truth, the Star of Venus for beauty and inspiration, the Lucky Clover for luck, the Conch Shell for power and the Seahorse for patience. Each set also included a New Beginnings bangle, since they were all saying their goodbyes and beginning new chapters of their lives. To make the set complete, David added five silver Friend bangles because although they spent the past five years working side by side as coworkers, they each would forever hold a special place in his life as a friend.
